Is Tolr a desktop app?

No. Tolr is browser-based SaaS. No desktop install is required.

What file type is supported?

Current pilot scope is PDF drawings.

Is our drawing data secure?

Tolr is built with tenant-isolated data handling, encryption in transit and at rest, immutable audit events, and configurable retention policies.

Do you sell or share customer files?

No. Customer files are not sold or shared. Infrastructure providers may act as contracted subprocessors for hosting, storage, and database services.

Do you use third-party OCR SaaS by default?

No. The default architecture does not require third-party OCR SaaS.

Are you ITAR certified?

Tolr does not claim formal ITAR certification. Tolr offers ITAR-oriented deployment options designed for controlled environments.

How long is data retained?

90 days by default. Tenant admins can configure a custom retention window.

Can we request earlier deletion?

Yes. Manual deletion can be requested through support before retention expiry.

Do plans have usage caps?

No hard usage caps are enforced in current pricing.

How does billing and refund work?

Trial is 14 days with credit card required. Monthly can be canceled anytime. First paid period includes a 30-day refund window.
